Tasting Event: Gilda’s Club Uncorked

Uncorked logo My personal Mount Rushmore of Comedy Influences includes Gilda Radner (as well as Carol Burnett, Judy Blume, and Erma Bombeck). Much of my schtick has been influenced by Roseanne Roseannadanna and I still really want my own version of the “Judy Miller Show,” hosted by me in my brownie uniform and presented live from my parents' basement. That’s why I'm stoked to be joining Gilda’s Club Chicago on March 3 for Uncorked, their annual wine and craft beer tasting event. The evening kicks off at 6:00 p.m. at the Museum of Broadcast Communications and proceeds benefit Gilda’s Club Chicago, a free support community for men, women, children, families, and friends touched by cancer. Tickets are $45 in advance or $50 at the door and may be purchased online. The Museum of Broadcast Communications is located at 360 N. State Street.
Tracie Bedell

Tracie Bedell started wiping dishes with her family's catering company at the tender age of 8 and has been involved with the food industry in one way or another since. After earning her degree in French and spending way too much time on technical writing and advertising, she's stoked to be back doing what she really enjoys: eating and writing about food. Ask her for her life-transforming enchilada recipe; you'll be glad you did.
