Celebrate Zine Night at the Field Notes Midwest HQ

For a night of zines and beer, swing by the Field Notes Midwest HQ in West Loop this Thursday evening.

Browse through zines, prints, and self-published art from local vendors, and pour Half Acre beer from the tap (or soft drinks). Or, try your hand at the “Make Your Own Zine Table.”

Local vendors include Quimby’s Bookstore, Jay Ryan, Phineas X. Jones, Stephen Winchell a.k.a. Richard Scooperman (Little Boys Room), Teen Zines from GCE Lab School & Lane Tech Zine Club, XicX Zine Collective, and more.

Quimby’s is also a co-sponsor of Chicago Zine Fest, which will be held off-site May 5-6.

It’s a free event on April 27 and it goes from 6 to 10pm. Field Notes is at 401 North Racine AvenueFor more information, including links to vendors, click here. To RSVP on Facebook, click here.
