The Flat Five Fall Freak Out Residency @ The Hideout, 1354 W Wabansia Ave., 7:00PM - 9:00PM, 21+
WHAT: The final night of this Flat Five residency
SO WHAT: The Flat Five are the super group that Chicago needs. Made up of Scott Ligon, Casey McDonough, Kelly Hogan, Nora O'Connor and Alex Hall, the band's debut album It’s a World of Love and Hope is made up entirely of songs by Chicago mainstay Chris Ligon. Their sound is everything you could want from these music masters: sweet and twisted pop songs that will get stuck in your head. Now you can see them mix things up like the good ole days at this multi-month residency where they will be trying a whole mess of beautiful things every Monday night.
This is the finale! The final night of this multi month residency and they're are capping it off with some of the greatest hits of their series!

SO WHAT: Take It Outside is the debut collection of Chicago music scene photographs by Tim Nagle. This release party will feature a bevy of artists the Nagle has photographed including the incredible performers
Phoelix and Rookie! There will also be plenty of DJ sets from the likes of Twin Peaks, The Orwells, Post Animal, and Grapetooth. To put it simply, this show is going to be amazing.
