Kick things into full holiday swing at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park with cookie-inspired cocktails and cookies too! The hotel just launched Smitten for Sweets, a new seasonal, cookie-themed cocktail menu. Guests will not only enjoy cocktails, but a fresh, chef-made cookie with each beverage now through January 31.
THE BAR serves up drinks such as the Champagne ‘n Cane, Peppermint Chocolate Martini and Cherry Pomegranate Mojito. Columbus Tap, the in-house gastropub, has partnered with Temperance Beer Company and Revolution Brewing to serve festive brews like Revolution Fistmas, Temperance Birdsong Saison and Bell’s Christmas Ale.
Each special cocktail and beer will be served with a holiday cookie. Choose from rosemary shortbread, kumquat macaroons, chocolate wafers and brandy snap tuile cookies. All of these sweet treats and more will also be featured at the Fairmont’s 5th annual cookie exchange, Cookies and Cheer November 29-30. Details and tickets are available now.
