WHAT: Celebrate a new style at Whiner!
SO WHAT: The unique and refreshing brews at Whiner are getting a new style! Bask in Whiner Beer Company’s first IPA while you indulge in a late lunch/early dinner as Fast Food releases at the tap-room. 6-packs will be available for purchase from the bar before official general market release! Nudedudefood will be taking over food service for the night with a fast food-inspired menu! Check it out at their event page!

WHAT: A psychedelic trip you don’t want to miss
SO WHAT: Kikagaku Moyo is a sight and sound to behold live. Their energy is unparalleled, creating beautiful and experimental psych sound, letting drips of all the different facets of the genre melt into their unique work. Live they are mind-blowing and mesmerizing, taking their already full sound and turning it into something even deer. Joining them will be the equally incredible Minami Duetsch!

WHAT: Indulge both your nerdy and your naughty sides with Nerd-Lesque at HQ with talent from Bim Bam Boom!
SO WHAT: From Harley Quinn and Catwoman to Poison Ivy and a number of other femme fatales of the nerd-world, this show offers an opportunity to see them like never before. The Lower Level of Headquarters welcomes these characters and more perform in this fun and tantalizing burlesque show! NOW WHAT: Going the fun at Headquarters!

WHAT: A little early holiday shopping
SO WHAT: Start your holiday shopping with one-of-a-kind items including jewelry, fashion, painting, sculpture, prints, drawings and more on sale by more than 150 student artists supported by the Millennium Park Foundation. There will also be holidays stations provided by the School of the Art Institute of Chicago including Invent-a-Toy: Holiday Greeting Cards from the Future and Snow-People Sticker Station!

WHAT: A special collab giving the best hip hop artists a spotlight
SO WHAT: The fist half of the day will feature amazing artists and Vans Musicians Wanted Finalists 999999999, BAD DOD, CADEJO, DANTE & AMIGO, IRONPUNCH, MAFIDZ, SECRET CLUB, SHAHRAE, and WHIZZ battling it out for an opening spot later in the night! Then at 8:00pm; local, national, and rising stars will collide eat this fantastic night of music featuring local rap legend Mick Jenkins, heavy weight rap star Kevin Gates, music collective and apparel imprint Yeti Out and Chinese-American rising rap artist Bohan Phoenix!

WHAT: Another DZ Records style party!
SO WHAT: Join DZ Records for a night of great music with a nice lineup of bands rocking out for your aural pleasure including Gators, Neighbors You Know (Album Release), Special Death, and Jupiter Styles!

WHAT: The best place to see the Synth Sounds of Neon Indian
SO WHAT: Alan Palomo’s Neon Indian project has only gotten better with the passing years. Full of throwback vibes and dance inducing synths, which Palomo grooves to in such a undeniably enthralling way, a Neon Indian show is meant for a late night jamming out. Joining him will be Lou Rebecca!

WHAT: Some indie tunes to cap off your weekend
SO WHAT: What better way to end a nice November weekend that with some fantastic bands. You’ll be able to jam out to Discus and their beatific guitars, Camp Howard and their experimental indie-rock jams, and Burr Oak‘s wonderful and dreamy rock sound!
