WHAT: Do the Winter Block Party Thing: A Celebration of Hip-Hop Arts is a daylong celebration of hip-hop arts and culture at Metro Chicago. The evening concert starts at 6pm and will be hosted by Jill Hopkins and Matt Muse.  Chicago hip-hop performers will include Ric Wilson, TheMind, Tasha and Secret Walls Battle.
