About this event:
WHAT: An interesting look at the good guys and the bad guys
SO WHAT: For this July exhibit Rotofugi have invited three artists, each with their own distinct style, to interpret two of the most basic archetypes: the hero and the villain. Artists featured in this wonderful show will be: Chicago-based artist Chris Arnold and his incredibly detailed and distinctive black & white illustrative style; Minnesota-based painter Eli Libson taking pop culture icons and re-imagining them as robots for a magical set of work; and the gorgeous printing techniques of CHema Skandal! building a unique universe of heroes and villians. All three artists will be in attendance at the opening reception so it’s a great opportunity to chat and learn about these great artists!
NOW WHAT: It’s free! Check out some great art and enjoy music by DJ Sean Doe plus complimentary snacks and soft drinks (BYOB if you want to have alcohol). The exhibit runs through July 28th!
