Preview: Winnetka Music Festival Announces 10th Anniversary Lineup

It's never too early to start planning your summer festival schedule! Earlier today SPACE Presents and Valslist Music took that to heart as they released the lineup for Winnetka Music Festival's 10th anniversary, taking over Winnetka's downtown district on June 19-20.

Celebrating 10 years of any festival should be a big deal, especially for a fest like this. "I never imagined that what began as intimate house concerts in our living room 13 years ago, would grow into such a revered community festival," notes Val Haller, founder of Valslist and co-founder of Winnetka Music Festival. The festival's aim to showcase emerging artists and create a sustainable artist-first event has undoubtedly been a success. So of course they need to mark this milestone with an impressive lineup.

Thankfully, SPACE Presents and Valslist Music have curated another fantastic festival lineup for this special occasion. Headliners Father John Misty and Trombone Shorty and Orleans Avenue alone show off how big and varied this festival can be. There's a bit of country from the likes of Grace Potter and Lauren Watkins, some more rocking vibes from Lucero, more singer/songwriter sounds from Ben Kweller and Jonah Kagen, and a healthy dose of indie rock thanks to Petey USA and Futurebirds. The rest of the lineup, which you can check out below and at their website, is just as eclectic; ensuring the Winnetka Music Festival will be a great summer fest!

Tickets for the Winnetka Music Festival go on sale on Friday, January 16, at 10am! Get your summer schedule started off right!
